The Big Brekkie

The Big Brekkie 10am – 12 noon Sunday 10th September 2017

Most people enjoy and full English breakfast. Our Family Service on the 10th September will be in St Johns Rooms. For the first time ever we will be doing Cafe Church and serving the Big Brekkie. Cafe Church is church for those who don’t do church.

Cafe Church is a chilled out informal way or doing church in a relaxed environment where the kids can have fun whilst the adults chat. We will be serving breakfast in an informal cafe style to everyone who comes along to St Johns Room between 10.30am until 12 noon.

There will be no fixed price but we will be suggesting you might like to make a donation in aid of Anna Simms CMS Missionary in Peru and Rotherham Women’s Refuge (Rise). Below is a sample of what will be on offer. However, children can have the Big Brekkie for free. The menu will consist on the following:

Full English
Bacon Sandwich
Sausage Sandwich
Sausage & bacon
Sausage or bacon with egg
Toast with butter
Orange Juice
Tea or coffee
Vegetarian options are also available.

Please note there will be no 9.15am service that morning.

During the Big Brekkie there’ll be music, readings, poetry and crafts.

The goal of the Big Brekkie is to make sure everyone’s full whilst also spreading the good news of God’s love to the local community. We hope people will also learn about Anna Simms and her work in Peru plus the work of Rotherham Women’s Refuge,
