Great North Run

Dear Friends

I’m running the Great North Run (1/2 marathon) for Blood Cancer UK on September 11th. I haven’t been running that much this year but have been in training since July. A few of my special friends (Phil, Nick & Harold) have lived with what is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in the UK. Thanks to support from people like you, for this special cause, great progress has been made and better, kinder treatments found.
