Vicar’s Letter – Autumn Update

Let the little children come to me do not try to stop them. The kingdom of heaven belongs to them. Matt 19 v14

Dear Friends

I’m delighted that our parochial church council has agreed to reopen our churches for public worship from August. Some people are still anxious about what the future holds but they do not want to stop the church moving forward into our new normality. People appreciate that, even though they may not yet feel ready to worship, they wouldn’t wish to prevent those who do feel a need to meet together as church to gather in a socially distanced and safe way.

All people matter to Jesus. Whether we are in church or watching online at home. Our online broadcasts will continue God and signal willing. Check out the service times below. No matter our age, colour, sexuality or status. Jesus is not too important, too busy, too taxed, or too powerful, even for children, even for us. In fact, it’s just the opposite: he values and loves each one of us. We are his children, and he seeks to bless us in abundant ways.
